Working moms can be so focused on supporting the family that simple things can take the back-burner. Can you remember the last time you drank 8 glasses of water each day?

It’s time to get back in the habit, starting today. Drinking a lot of water is great for the skin – plus, it’s detoxifying and can curb hunger.

Sure, there is one drawback: An extra trip here or there to the ladies… But that’s not always a bad thing, right?

Here are a few ways to jazz up your water:

  • Sugar Free Hawaiian Punch Packets (sold in the powdered drink aisle) – it’s bright red and sweet, you’ll feel like a 6-year-old kid again
  • Put a strawberry, orange, or some cherries in your water
  • Keep a huge bottle or two in your car – drink whenever you hit a light

So chug that water! You’ll be glad you did.
