If you happen to have a little girl, chances are you’ve seen the movie “Frozen” at least once. And while we might think that the moral of each Disney story is mostly for our little ones, there’s actually quite a few lessons and inspirations that can help us all.

  1. “Let it go” – It’s easy to remember and represents our innate desire to be free and be ourselves. Whenever you feel too swept up with work, remember to “let it go” and remember who you are as a person.
  2. “The past is in the past” – Have you ever agonized over bad situation thinking, “If only I had…” Instead, we cannot control our past, but we can own our future.
  3. “You can fix this fixer-upper up with a little bit of love”– Whenever your other half gets under your skin, especially for something silly or trivial, remember no one is perfect. Rather than criticize; shower him with praise and love for the great things he does.
  4. “We can face this thing together” – As women we should never forget the power of 1) female companionship, and 2) family. Never be afraid to ask for help.
